Disney's Treasure Planet: Battle Of Procyon Free Download [torrent Full]

Updated: Nov 29, 2020

About This Game Disney's Treasure Planet: Battle at Procyon is a 3D RTS game focusing on space combat. In the main campaign's story-driven missions, you begin play as Jim Hawkins, a cadet in the Royal Navy's fight against pirates and the deadly Procyon Fleet, with an eye toward eventual promotion to fleet commander. Skirmish and multiplayer modes allow the choice of playing as all three factions. Successfully completed missions result in ship and fleet enhancements, more experienced crews, and upgraded weapons. Royal Navy Fleet weapons are only slightly inferior to the reworked weapons of the Procyon Fleet but are sturdier and less vulnerable. Ships for the Royal Navy range from torpedo boats and war sloops to escorts, frigates, and the impressive StarHammer, while pirates man sloops, gunboats, schooners, assault cutters, and more, including several unique designs like the carrack and barque. The Procyon Fleet is built for speed and maneuverability, geared for fast hit-and-run attacks, and as the game progresses, news of a mysterious Ironclad Fleet surfaces as well. Ship designs in Battle at Procyon are fashioned after the seafaring ships from the golden age of sail, with solar winds filling the sails and rigging. Arsenals reflect futuristic models of light, medium, and heavy weapons such as laserball and plasma cannons, beam weapons, Gatling guns, harpoons, fire and net launchers, gravity waves, torpedoes, mortars, and more. Other features include multiple waypoint settings, star maps, panic fire, secondary ship control, docking, repairing, towing, grappling, and boarding actions. b4d347fde0 Title: Disney's Treasure Planet: Battle of ProcyonGenre: Action, Adventure, StrategyDeveloper:Barking Dog StudiosPublisher:Disney InteractiveRelease Date: 31 Oct, 2002 Disney's Treasure Planet: Battle Of Procyon Free Download [torrent Full] disney's treasure planet battle at procyon. disney's treasure planet battle of procyon I bought this game since I had the urge to play it again after I lost the disc years ago, AND IT IS JUST AS FUN AS I REMEMBER! The only problem on no fault of steam is, no tools for modding just raw files.. I love it but i just don't know hoe to work it i need some help please!. I Enjoyed this game as a child and I still enjoy it just as much now, it aged fairly well all things considered its one of the few navel combat sims out there even today, if that kind of game ever tickled your fancy then get it!. Just as the movie this game is a piece of art of a different era of production that is both under rated and under appreciated.Solar sail powered space combat with an easy to use UI and easy to follow storyline that plays well off the movie "Treasure Planet".5/5 Game especially for the price and when it was made. It is a must have for any fan of the movie.. Very easily moddable - highly recommend cutting VP costs by roughly two thirds so that the AI selects higher end ships, and so that it is possible to build larger fleets.. Out of the top five games of my childhood, this is the third. This game shortly came out after the Disney movie Treasure Planet. As a kid I loved this movie, it combined space and pirates! When the game came out I went nuts. Sadly, Battle at Procyon never started a series of games, which could have happened. In my opinion, the developers nailed this game, simply, a masterpiece. Pros:-Great storyline (for a game at that time)-Pirates-Space... Ships? (instead of battling through space from the future, you battle with ships from the past Man-o-War, Iron Clad, etc. )-Lengthy missions, where it is entirely possible to just explore the map. 12 missions -Skirmish mode-Surprising textures for a game from the early 2000's-The ships actually take damage instead of static textures!Cons:-Cheesy voice acting (adds more humor to the game in my opinion)-I had some performance issues with Windows 7; glitchy mouse (would stutter at times when precision was needed), and some broken textures in max resolution. These were fixed when I ran the game in XP compatibility mode, and then running the game in XP-Multiplayer is pretty much dead. If I remember correctly, there is a LAN mode for skirmishing-Unfortunately, there is no windowed mode but that is only a nit-pickBottom line: Nostalgia! If you can get this game on sale, buy it. I love this game, and I am sure I will come back to it now that I have the digital version.. When I first got this game as a little kid, it would not run on the terrible machine my parents had. Being a little kid, me and my cousin somehow got a kick out of playing games in the park using the manual. When I finally did get the thing running like a year later, it beat all expectations. Visually impressive, a strategy-based game lacking any of the annoyences I find in many other RTS, a style of gameplay that I've not seen anywhere else, immensely satisfying action and, if you screw up, some nail biting moments where you try and make it to a port as just a broken husk of a ship. I must have 100s of hours of this on my physical copy. I've avoided playing more and more over the years as I feared the disc finally kicking in and me never getting to play it again. And now, here it is, on steam! Particularly impressive considering this is a movie tie-in, but with disney they've managed a couple of decent movie tie-in games, but this one has always stood far above the rest. And nothing beats getting a few friends together, all playing as a single torpedo boat, trying to blast each other apart while dodging enemy torpedos.I never say this on steam but...I'd say it's worth full price.. The pirate base song is a blatant ripoff of the battle of endor theme from ep. VI. just in case anyone wanted to know.. It's like a simpler version of Starfleet Command, without the stragety overview. The campaign is pretty interesting, with a decent story and not as terrible as you'd think VO. Definitely worth looking at no matter your age, but I would definitely get this if I had a kid to let them play this. If you really like this game, you should look into the Starfleet Command 3 remake and play it, as the games are similiar.
